To become a Family Compass contracted pet sitter and provide services in a pet family's home, you need to:
- Be committed to creating a higher standard of care for pets
- Be responsible, 18 years or older, and have reliable transportation
- Participate in 2, in-depth interviews, where we learn about your passion for pets and your personal and/or work experience with them
- Pass extensive criminal background checks
- Provide 3 references who can attest to your love and compassion for pets and ability to exercise good judgment in their care
- Either complete or provide proof of pet First Aid/CPR certification.
